Mirrana is a flexible, easy-to-use, data-rich digital twin PaaS that helps the construction industry unlock radical efficiencies in design, construction, and asset operations.
We are developing solutions based on use cases identified by sector, department, or project, so nothing is really typical, yet. Mirrana has delivered solutions for The Line, Oxagon, and our Design and Construction sector.
- For Oxagon, tenant attraction applications were created as well as the ability to perform discovery on the economy of Oxagon. DTX integrated an immersive high visual fidelity model developed in Unreal Engine with the GIS equivalent developed in ArcGIS and backend data from numerous sources.
- For The Line, a simulation twin was created for two different modules, integrating the GIS model with backend data.
- For the Design and Construction sector, we are collaborating with the team to help them create a new industrialized construction platform.
- For ENOWA, we just starting our discovery for use cases.
Mirrana allows us to provide bespoke solutions not available in other tools. It’s a composable environment and we can use the platform to build highly customized solutions. Everything within the platform is schema-less, which allows us to create or compose various functionality depending on the use cases.
Mirrana is unique because it can consume data from many diverse data sources. It can compose that data in different data models and is able to deliver specific outcomes based on use cases that we or the team want to address. Typical sources of data to ingest may include Revit, Rhino, and Civil 3D models. Data sources from GIS, BIM, any time series data from BMS, IoT, and SCADA, and gameplay experiences like Unreal Engine and Pixel Streaming.
Mirrana is not a CDE but is intended to connect to CDEs as we are not interested in creating more data silos. We are currently working on an integration with Aconex and Asite that will allow us to provide bi-directional support and file format conversion tools. We would like Mirrana to become the method for the supply chain to publish models and the data source for all Construction Tech platforms.
The goal of Mirrana is to power twin-enabled solutions. And those solutions can be anything from simulations to asset or maintenance management, energy management, circularity, carbon, health, and safety, etc.
